Frequently asked questions
Which broker and account type do I need?
Any MetaTrader 5 broker that offers Gold (XAUUSD). Low-spread ECN/raw accounts are recommended. If your broker uses a suffix like XAUUSD.m or GOLD, just attach the EA to that chart.
What is the minimum deposit?
You can start with a low budget, but the smaller the account, the higher the risk: normal losing streaks hit a small balance much harder. We recommend a comfortable starting balance and a low risk setting (around 2% per trade), and only trading money you can afford to lose.
Are these live results or backtests?
They are MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester backtests, published as raw, unedited screenshots including drawdowns. Backtests are hypothetical and do not guarantee future results. We recommend running it on a demo account first.
How does the "one license, one account" rule work?
At checkout you enter your MT5 account number. Your license key is locked to that account. If it's used on any other account, the EA refuses to trade. If you change brokers, contact support and we'll move your license once.
Does it use martingale, grid or hedging?
No. Each trade is a single breakout position with a fixed stop loss and take profit. Lot size is never increased after a loss.
Why does the price go up?
Nexora is launching with tiered pricing. The first 5 buyers pay $299, the next 20 pay $500, and after that the price is $1,000. The live counter in the pricing section shows how many spots are left at the current price. Your price is locked in when you start checkout.
Why am I charged in Indian Rupees?
Prices are listed in US dollars, and payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR) at the current USD→INR exchange rate. You see the exact rupee amount before you pay. International cards work too; your bank converts the INR charge to your own currency.
Can I use it on MT4?
No. Nexora is built for MetaTrader 5 only.
How do I get my file after paying?
Your license key and download link appear instantly after payment, and a copy is emailed to you. You can re-download any time from My License using your email and Razorpay payment ID.
