Digital product

Nexora Gold Breakout AI is a digital product delivered instantly after payment. Because the file and license key cannot be "returned", all sales are final once the license key has been issued, except in the cases below.

When we will refund

• You were charged but did not receive a license key, and we cannot resolve it within 72 hours.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The EA cannot run on MetaTrader 5 at all because of a defect on our side that we cannot fix within 7 days.

Trading losses, or results that differ from the backtests, are not grounds for a refund. Please test on a demo account first; your license can be issued for a demo account number.

How to request one

Email abdullahjawed2021@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days, in Indian Rupees (INR) for the exact amount charged. When a refund is processed, the associated license is deactivated.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before payment is completed. Once payment succeeds, the license is issued immediately and the order cannot be cancelled.

Shipping and delivery

No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is instant and electronic: your license key and download link appear on screen immediately after payment, and you can recover them any time from the "My License" section of the website.
