These terms govern your purchase and use of Nexora Gold Breakout AI (the "Software"), an Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 sold through trade.abdullahjawed.xyz by Nexora AI ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade leveraged financial products where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws and broker rules that apply to you.

2. License

On successful payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Software on one (1) MetaTrader 5 account, identified by the account number you provide at checkout. The license key does not work on any other account. A license is valid for live or demo accounts, but only the one account it is issued for.

If you change broker or account, you may ask us to move your license to a new account number by email. We provide one move free of charge; further moves are at our discretion.

3. License verification

The Software checks your license with our server when it starts and periodically while it runs. For this to work you must allow web requests to https://trade.abdullahjawed.xyz in MetaTrader 5 (Tools → Options → Expert Advisors) and have an internet connection. If the license cannot be verified, the Software stops opening new trades, but it continues to manage trades already open. A grace period covers short outages. Running the Software in the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester does not require a license check.

4. Restrictions

• You may not share, resell, sublicense, rent, publish or give away the Software or your license key.
• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify or attempt to bypass the license check.
• Licenses used in breach of these terms may be revoked without refund.

5. Price and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Launch pricing applies: the price increases as each pricing tier sells out, and the price shown when you start checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR), converted at the exchange rate shown at checkout; the INR amount shown before you pay is the amount charged. Your bank may apply its own fees or conversion. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

6. Delivery

The Software is delivered digitally. Your license key and download link appear on screen immediately after payment. You can recover your license and get a fresh download link at any time from the "My License" section of our website using your email and Razorpay payment ID. No physical goods are shipped.

7. No investment advice

The Software is a tool that executes trades according to rules and settings you control. We are not a broker, investment adviser or portfolio manager, we do not hold or manage client funds, and nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, settings, broker choice and the risk you take.

8. Performance figures

Performance figures on our website are historical backtests from the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester. They are hypothetical, do not include every real-world cost and do not guarantee future results. Please read our Risk Disclaimer.

9. Updates and support

We may release updates or improvements at our discretion and make them available through the website. Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis.

10. Refunds

Because the Software is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are limited to the cases described in our Refund Policy. A refunded license is deactivated.

11. Limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software, including losses caused by brokers, internet or server outages, platform changes or settings you choose. In all cases our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

12. Termination

We may revoke a license that is used in breach of these terms or obtained through fraud or a payment chargeback. You may stop using the Software at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
